Your new role
This is a key strategic role within an organisation supporting the growth of the business and working to build a unique and strong people oriented culture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing high quality HR processes, driving the business forward as an employer of choice and executing the people strategy to promote a high-performance culture that supports the business needs and long term strategic goals.
This is a dual role so to be considered you must have the capability to deliver on a full range of comprehensive HR services on a long term strategic and day to day operational basis. It is essential that you have the ability to communicate at all levels within the company and to support the business development and change.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will have experience of working within a professional services organisation, extensive knowledge of HR policies and experience in successfully implementing new HR processes and procedures. You must also have experience of developing and embedding people-focused strategies to deliver commercial and other business objectives. Basic knowledge of employment law, including managing disciplinary and performance issues is also required.
