A Financial Services organisation based in Central/West London is looking for a Reward Advisor to join on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of Reward and joining a small reward team, the Advisor will be responsible for supporting with year-end compensation processes and leading on remuneration regulatory matters.
Solid understanding of remuneration regulations affecting Financial Services
Knowledge of year end compensation processes
Confident communicator at all levels
Strong analytical skills
