A global financial services organisation based in the City is looking for a Reward Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into a Head of, the Reward Specialist will be responsible for supporting on reward matters and the execution of relevant policies and processes. Other responsibilities will include:
* Manage year end performance and pay review processes for a defined portfolio of business functions, in line with Group guidelines and acting as a point of contact for their respective management teams
* Provide support for HR stakeholders
* Deliver BAU compensation support
* Lead the regional approach to annual compensation reviews
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at Group, Regional and country level
* Previous experience within compensation, ideally within Financial Services
* Comfortable working in an advisory capacity
* Comfortable leading on projects and working with senior stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* High level of analytical ability
