Oakleaf Partnership are currently supporting a fast growing and extremely exciting financial services organisation with their search for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst. The role is based in Central London.

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Managing the employee benefits offering and designing and reviewing this on a regular basis

  • Proactively thinking of new initiatives and ways to expand the companies benefits offering

  • Supporting with the yearend cycle, job evaluations, benchmarking and bonus reviews

We are looking for someone who has strong benefits experience and has been through at least one compensation cycle. Ideally you will have worked within financial services.
