Reward Consultant

Oakleaf are looking for a Reward Consultant for a 6 month FTC to start asap to work within a global Financial Services organisation.

Key Responsibilities for this role

  • Support annual compensation review process, particularly in regards to the management of data and

  • interface with online tool

  • Support the annual bonus calculation and communication process

  • Drive compensation benchmark activities with market survey data collection, reporting, job matching, and analysis

  • Evaluate and perform analysis on base pay market positioning to ensure market competitiveness

  • Drive monthly data reporting process for the region, including generating, reviewing and submitting data

  • Create quarterly dashboards including regular KPIs/metrics as well as ad-hoc reporting

The successful candidate will have

  • Provided support in two remuneration cycles

  • Strong knowledge and appreciation of reward techniques and principles including market benchmarking, job sizing/evaluation and compensation modelling.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, V lookups, macros & VBA would be ideal).

  • Experience with benchmarking, job evaluation and knowledge of top benchmarking data companies.

  • Previous exposure to exec comp - understanding of LTIPs & equity.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience as this will be working closely with senior members of the business.
