Oakleaf are looking for a Reward Consultant for a 6 month FTC to start asap to work within a global Financial Services organisation.
Key Responsibilities for this role
Support annual compensation review process, particularly in regards to the management of data and
interface with online tool
Support the annual bonus calculation and communication process
Drive compensation benchmark activities with market survey data collection, reporting, job matching, and analysis
Evaluate and perform analysis on base pay market positioning to ensure market competitiveness
Drive monthly data reporting process for the region, including generating, reviewing and submitting data
Create quarterly dashboards including regular KPIs/metrics as well as ad-hoc reporting
The successful candidate will have
Provided support in two remuneration cycles
Strong knowledge and appreciation of reward techniques and principles including market benchmarking, job sizing/evaluation and compensation modelling.
Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, V lookups, macros & VBA would be ideal).
Experience with benchmarking, job evaluation and knowledge of top benchmarking data companies.
Previous exposure to exec comp - understanding of LTIPs & equity.
Strong stakeholder management experience as this will be working closely with senior members of the business.
