American Entertainment Company

This global entertainment business are looking for a brilliant HR and Recruitment coordinator to join them on an initial 6 month interim basis. This role will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Business Partner and the HR Business Partner.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Being first point of contact for any HR queries

  • Organising meetings including the preparation of documents

  • Attending meetings for minute-taking as well as arranging room bookings and catering when necessary

  • General admin support to the HR director and HR team

  • Liaising with hiring managers in writing job descriptions

  • Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring its up to date at all times

  • Organising and attending assessment centres and career fairs

  • Update and maintain the careers website

  • Managing talent pools and keeping them up to date

  • Raising employment contracts once offers have been accepted

Key skills/experience:

  • Previous recruitment and HR experience (ideally in-house)

  • A positive "can-do" attitude

  • Experience and confidence liaising and working with senior stakeholders

  • Previous experience working with HR systems and ATS

  • Self motivated - ability to work on own initiative

  • Passionate about the entertainment industry

  • Ability and keenness to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

As this is an interim assignment, you must be available immediately to be considered.
