Your new role
You will be managing the HR shared services team; advising, coaching and developing to ensure an efficient workforce. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring the shared service centre is compliant with regulations and company policy. Highly analytical role using systems such as Workday, SAP, SharePoint, TAS and CRM systems. The shared service centre is the main and first point of contact for all HR queries, therefore you will be liaising with global stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have team management experience within a shared service environment.
You need to be analytically and numerically competent
You will need to be familiar with operating in a global matrix organisation; ideally from a regulated industry such as oil and gas
Excellent stakeholder management is imperative
