An exciting opportunity has arisen working as an HR Assistant for a HR Consultancy firm based in Central London. In this role you will be reporting to the Senior HR Consultant.
Your new role
In your new role you will assist the HR Consultancy team to support clients, draft reports and plan and deliver training sessions. You will also be involved in the marketing of the HR Consultancy services through networking, case studies and mailshots. Furthermore, you will generate client bills, prepare appointment and reference check letters, and ensure client databases are documented accurately.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role as an HR Assistant, you will have a degree (minimum 2:2), have worked in a Consultancy environment previously, have experience of providing HR administration support and be a proficient user of Microsoft Office.
