HR and L&D Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR and L&D Administrator to work for a HR Consultancy firm, based in Central London. In this role you will report to the L&D Director.
Your new role
You will be responsible for maintaining the client HR system, managing the email inbox and ensure that all documents are accurate and up to date. In addition, you will support the L&D Director in the administration of all training courses, ensure that the L&D diary is up to date, process associate invoices, monitor and re-order L&D stationary, and oversee the L&D Learning Management Systems.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have a degree (minimum 2:2) and administrative experience which includes scanning, filing and updating databases. In addition you will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and have report and letter writing experience.
