Are you an experienced recruiter within the retail sector looking a new challenge?
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the very best talent is sourced and selected whilst providing an excellent candidate journey. You will recruit for a variety of vacancies, from junior to senior across a full spectrum from store to head office, all on a permanent, temporary and contract basis.
Key duties include:
- Deploy a comprehensive range of traditional and innovative candidate sourcing methodologies to attract and engage high quality candidates for selection against current and future roles
- Headhunting and direct sourcing of candidates
- Screening candidates and arranging interviews
- Attending graduate fairs
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders within the business, ensuring the highest standard of service at all times
- Ensuring a pipeline of potential talent into the business
- Maintaining contact with candidates on our database to increase direct sourcing
- Generating referrals from connections and employees
- Ensuring excellent candidate experience at all times
The ideal Recruiter will have as many of the following in order to strengthen their application:
- Experience in house recruitment role in retail, hospitality, FMCG or leisure
- Must be fully conversant with best practice interview and assessment techniques;
- Good understanding and proficiency in HR best practice.
- Experience gained within a business-to-business/commercial environment.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail, organisation and time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines essential.
