Your new role
Our client who is a highly regarded commercial organisation based in Andover, Hampshire are seeking to recruit a HR Manager on a permanent basis. From an ethical standpoint, this organisation prioritises their environmental development and this is something they are hugely proud of. With around 500 employees this organisation is well established and growing in numbers and they partner with a large number of household names.
This is not any ordinary HR Manager role. Whilst the nuts and bolts of the day to day operational management is there my client is seeking a really proactive individual who is keen to work throughout the business to build relationships with key stakeholders and encourage the HR team to adopt the same way of working. HR is truly valued within the organisation and it is anticipated that strong relationships will be built as a result.
You will report directly to the Managing Director with a dotted line to the HR Director. This role will drive forward the HR agenda in terms of workforce planning, talent management, culture and engagement throughout the organisation, there will also be focus on HR projects such as the implementation of a new HR system. The aim of this appointment is to move away from a transactional HR to a partnership approach.

What you'll need to succeed
With this in mind, our client is seeking an individual that has potentially worked previously in a manufacturing environment although this is not essential. You will be a proactive individual that has a solid background in HR Management and really wants to take a partner approach to work alongside the business.
What you'll get in return
A base salary of £55,000 - £57,000 + Bonus
