HR Administrator required for 6-8 weeks initially based in the City Centre paying an hourly rate of £12.22
Your new role
As the HR administrator your key focus is to undertake a range of HR administration tasks relating to any number of broad process areas including starters, leavers, changes and absence. You will be the first point of contact for providing any lower level advice guidance on HR policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for dealing with the HR administration for the team, working with the HR manager and team leaders to ensure the smooth running of the HR department. You will be responsible for drafting contracts and offer letters, assisting with the entire on boarding process, logging information and advising on absence and holidays and dealing with any contractual changes.
You will also be required to get involved in a very wide range of different hr administration duties as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of working as a HR Administrator previously.
You need to have a knowledge of the entire HR process and have some experience on advising on policies and procedures.
Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and have exceptional attention to detail.
Experience of working in a busy HR team before and have experience of working to deadlines.
You must be immediately available with the ability to start the role immediately.
This role is offered on a 6-8 week basis however there is a very strong likelihood that it will be extended. The role is paying a generous hourly wage of £12.22 basic.
