We have an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a busy team handling a range of complex employer relations case work.
You will be managing a case load of complex employer relations cases ranging from disciplinary, performance, absence, gross misconduct, capability, ill health and grievances. Provide support, advice and guidance to managers about the process, policy and procedure for all cases ensuring an effective approach and minimising risk of employment tribunals.
We are seeking qualified CIPD HR professionals who have experience and exposure to high volume ER case work handling individual cases from start to finish.
We are seeking candidates either on a temporary / fixed term basis
