This is a really exciting mandate for a recruitment specialist to work in a huge brand with very little in place in terms of set recruitment processes and standards. Changing a legacy of hiring manager led recruitment won't happen over night but there is real appetite from those stakeholders and complete support from your HR Director and leadership team. Large investments have been made in terms of people and systems for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join and take ownership for the resourcing function and advise on solutions to attract and hire top talent and impact early careers hiring challenges.
You must have a strong recruitment background and have managed a team - you will have worked in-house or for an RPO. You will ideally have a good story in your experience of turning around a function and some great stats on improvements.
