Oakleaf Partnership are on the search for an aspiring HR Business Partner to join a great team and be involved with lots of strategic projects. The client is a well-established and highly recognised Building merchants' retailer based in London. However, the role will be based in West London. This is a newly created role offering a lot of development and career prospects. CIPD qualification preferred and a clean driver's licence is essential as some local travel will be required. The position offers an attractive car allowance.
The HR Business Partner will support the delivery of key strategic objectives to enable the business to thrive. We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with the business goals.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience with HR processes, policies and practices and be accomplished at employee engagement and management. You will communicate with the directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and company culture.
The three-year plan will also require a number of key projects to be delivered successfully including developing robust contracts of employment, supporting business redesign and restructuring, delivering a learning needs analysis and associated learning plans and conducting a recruitment campaign.
