Oakleaf Partnership have an HR Manager role for a leading Professional Services firm based in the City.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide HR leadership and expertise on a wide range of generalist issues working with Centres of Expertise, where relevant. This includes talent management, succession planning and annual promotions processes.
Coach partners to deliver their strategic and operational objectives.
Work with senior associates identified for partnership and support the firm's talent management programme. Oversee the Partner Performance Review (PPR) process.
Undertake complex disciplinary and grievance procedures and flexible working requests. Conduct Appeal processes as requested.
Oversee resourcing plans for designated client groups and work with Recruitment Managers and the business to provide cost efficient and effective recruitment solutions
Overseeing international and client secondments working with the International Mobility team.
Support and deliver projects aligned to the firm's people strategy.
Work closely with senior leaders on global or firm-wide strategic projects
Oversee the delivery and communication of salary review processes for all associates in conjunction with the Reward and Management Information team.
Learning and Development
Promote learning and development options with partners to ensure identified development needs for them or their teams are met.
Oversees the delivery of effective performance management, probation reviews and performance review processes for each client group.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong experience in an HR Manager role with a professional services firm, and be comfortable partnering and influencing senior Partners.
