Recruitment Manager - Legal

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager position, working with a leading International Law firm. Based in the City this role will work closely with the Head of Recruitment with a focus on Partner and other fee-earning hiring. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with Partners and Business Heads to manage hiring end-to-end with support from a Coordinator

  • Market mapping and pipelining candidates in an international remit

  • Working closely with practice group partners to identify and meet recruitment needs across the firm

  • Ensuring the most appropriate and cost-effective recruitment methods are adopted

  • Preparing offers to successful candidates and completing necessary processes

As the Recruitment Manager, you will possess:

  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders

  • Credibility and confidence to engage with Partners and Senior stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Minimum 3 years' experience - ideally within Legal or wider Professional Services
