Your new role
As part of an ambitious and passionate reward team, you will work collaboratively to support cost effective reward solutions, enhancing employee engagement, and the development of the wider Employee Value Proposition. As the reward subject matter expert, you will be integral to the development and implementation of the organisation's Reward Strategy. Key projects will include; researching and benchmarking current practices and market position, making informed recommendations for change, managing cyclical annual activities such as pay review and modelling, design of reward mechanisms which enable effective attraction and retention of top talent across the organisation. Furthermore, you will foster excellent relations with stakeholders and the wider internal/external environments gaining buy in for initiatives and promoting reward best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Reward generalist, with evidence of creating and developing reward and recognition solutions within a large, complex organisation. You will be a proactive and resilient individual with a high attention to customer service delivery and the confidence to work across multi-discipline teams with various stakeholders.
