This Head of HR Operations opportunity is to build and effective function to deliver a first class people service to a large national client group and to support your HR stakeholders to deliver.
Leading payroll and HR admin, you'll inherited a small existing team who need strong leadership to motivate and support them. You will build their capability as well as hire new talent into your team. You will design and implement fit for purpose workflows and agree brand new SLAs with your HR community. A new system is being launched that will join HR and payroll data. You will be integral in rolling this our and ensuring the processes you design work.
You will focus on continuous improvement, relationship building and developing your team to create an excellent internal reputation.
This team is truly to engine room for HR and the opportunity is to build something from scratch, see your progress return very quickly and build and grow the team.
You must have a good understanding of Payroll - the processing is outsourced to a third party provider - you'd manage this relationship and open dialogue about where issues can be remedied.
You must also really understand HR Operations, improving the user experience of the entire client group.
The job is based in South West London and will involve a lot of travel to Kent I the Short term as the team is transferred to London. There is a great deal of flexibility with the role to enable you to work where you need to work.
Permanent, £75K upwards. Frequent travel to other sites initially.
