Role: Global Learning & Performance Partner
Location: West London
Salary: £60,000+ bonus
My client are a global leading Media business who are looking for a Learning & Performance Partner to join their newly created Learning team on a global level. As a business they are going through heavy change so this role requires someone who has experience in mergers and acquisitions, and has looked at bringing cultures together. You must have experience working in a Learning & Performance role internally, and have that long-term ownership.
You will take ownership for the L&D strategy and work in a team to support your own division. Duties will include:
Design learning interventions including training and workshops
Work closely with key stakeholders and adopt internal marketing and OD approaches to ensure engagement for the new initiatives is strong
Work with HRBPs to delegate projects for delivery
Analyse learning and performance requirements and partner with business leaders to identify these
You will contribute to the continuing development of a strong coaching and learning culture and work closely with the wider Learning and HR team. Experience in a large matrix business is ideal, with the understanding of how to push back and ensure the right initiatives are being driven forward.
