My client are a global digital agency based in Central London. Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a bright, switched on HR coordinator to join the HR team on a 12 month FTC. This role will be required to be the first point of contact for any HR queries - and the business are looking for someone who is confident working and communicating with all members of the business.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact for all general HR queries from junior to manager level

  • Own and drive the induction process, delivering it throughout the first three months to ensure that the fast-growing workforce hits the ground running

  • Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and the analysis of exit interview trends

  • With support of the HR Business Partner, ensure that learning and development platform runs efficiently - making sure that the content stays relevant

  • Support on first line employee relation matters, escalating when necessary

  • Own the production of all people data and proactively identify trends and areas of improvement

  • Managing the employee life-cycle from an HR administration perspective

Experience/Skills:

  • Previous HR experience

  • Must have good attention to detail and organisation skills

  • Enjoy stakeholder management

  • Ability to be the face of the company for HR

  • Knowledge of excel; and ability to analyse data

  • Self-starter who can manage their own workload

  • Desire to have a career in HR

As this is an FTC position, you will ideally be available immediately if not on short notice.
