I am partnering a globally recognised Executive Search Consulting business that is currently in the process of hiring a Researcher, or an Associate Consultant for their leading Manufacturing and Industrials practice based in the City of London.
This hire would join an existing team of 10 and report into the Head of Practice.
This individual is going to be responsible for running a process from briefing to placement and will be working on between 4-6 live hiring processes at any given time, so must be able to manage a heavy workload like this.
This business has a clear and easily demonstrable track record of internal progression. Candidates that have previously joined this business have been promoted into leadership and consulting roles from a non-billing, research led capacity. This is a great option for someone that wants to progress quickly into a business origination position.
My client operates exclusively on retained mandates at salary levels of between £100k-£250k/annum across European markets.
The business is very successful and particularly well-networked throughout the Electronics and Automation sectors but also partner large US Energy firms based across Europe.
In the past, successful applicants have had experience of retained recruitment across Consumer-led industries or knowledge of international recruitment.
Whilst German language skills are preferable, this is not a pre-requisite for your application.
