HR Advisor - Radstock - £24000
Duties / Responsibilities :
Initiate recruitment process from authorisation to appointment including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, candidate screening and offer of employment as required.
Advise and assist managers and employees on people policies, procedures, legislation and personnel development.
To act as an independent intermediary providing mediation and conflict resolution where possible. Provide basic counselling support to individual's signposting to specialist services where necessary.
Arrange training interventions to fulfill identified training needs in order to maintain a highly skilled work force.
Support individual training plans providing one to one coaching to ensure necessary progress is being achieved.
To assist with the identification of training needs and formulation of the society's training and development plan.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive training and HR records ensuring that processes are in place for the evaluation of training/employee participation interventions.
To participate in exit interviews, sickness counselling meetings, recruitment interviews as appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD Level 5 Minimum Retail FMCG preferable Own car and drivers licence
