This is an opportunity for a Benefits Specialist within a financial services organisation.
This is a brand new role which has been created to provide more specialist support and ownership over their benefits platforms. Working within a small Reward team and reporting to the Reward Manager, you will take ownership of all flexi-benefits for their workforce of c.4000 and maintain productive relationships with your vendors.
With prior experience in this type of role you will have a good overview of available benefits and use this to research providers and products suitable for this type of business. You will have the opportunity to influence benefits strategy, working closely with the Reward Manager, and also take on broader Reward projects to develop your skills in other areas. This is a very supportive business who are keen to develop their staff, through further training if needed.
Due to the nature of this business you will need to be familiar with applicable financial services regulations or have worked in a highly regulated environment before.
We are looking for:
Prior experience of working in a benefits focused role. This could be within a wider Reward role but you must have taken ownership of flexi-bens.
Experience managing and reviewing supplier relationships.
Excellent Excel and numeracy skills with the ability to analyse benefits costs.
Pensions experience would be ideal
