HR Business Partner - 18 month FTC
Your new company and role
Global, market leading property firm is recruiting for a HR Business Partner for an eighteen month fixed term contract. You will report to a Senior HR Business Partner and support a multi-site corporate population of c1,400 people. You will provide the full suite of generalist BAU support, as well as help deliver projects aimed at improving the bottom line. Partnering with the business you can expect to support on projects aimed at reducing attrition rates through developing mid-management capabilities and talent development initiatives as well support on organisational design.
The Senior HR BP, who in turn reports directly to the UK HRD, is looking for a HR Business Partner with a proven track record of working in a commercial, matrix based organisation. They are looking for a competent HR BP who is able to influence senior stakeholders, work with CoE and is happy to balance project work with BAU support.
Remuneration includes a base salary of c£65,000 including car allowance, and pack. Travel to the second main office in Norfolk and any associated accommodation expense will be covered by the firm.
