About the opportunity
This is an exciting compliance and quality assurance role within a global team, developing and engaging in process and control initiatives across all domains and delivery centres within the hemisphere.
Day to day, you’ll oversee compliance expectations such as Data Privacy, SOX, and audits, as well as working to ensure that business continuity remains at the ready. You’ll engage with HR professionals and business managers to ensure that our processes are continuously monitored and improved to meet ever changing business needs.
You will demonstrate capability in line with the HR Capability framework. You will have a keen eye for detail and a methodical and systematic approach to day to day work. To be successful, you will also need to have breadth and depth of knowledge in your HR area, and always be looking to improve it. Experience in strategic talent management in essential, as is putting the customer at the heart of your decision making and being confident when analysing market trends.
Any experience working in a multi-national and multi-lingual environment is preferable. This is a role for true collaborators and team players. We are looking for a role model to act with integrity within the business and inspire those around them to do better every day.
