About the opportunity
Our Customer Experience team is the face of HR Services. Working alongside your Customer Experience colleagues, you’ll focus on resolving the most complex problems and queries, freeing them up to provide support, advice and coaching to our employees.
To enable you to thoroughly investigate and effectively resolve those queries, you’ll find yourself drawing together different subject matter experts from across the business to identify the risks and implications of possible solutions, and to establish a recommended course of action. Many of the queries will link to Moments that Matter so managing customer expectations is vital.
We’ll empower you to share knowledge and experience with other specialists and to deliver consistently high levels of service. We want you to help us continuously improve. What’s more, you’ll be supported by new and best-in-class technology that enables you to deal with a wide range of enquiries efficiently and accurately.
You’ll bring sound experience in HR, along with skills in both case and stakeholder management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and good judgement are both essential, as is the ability to analyse data to generate business insights. Awareness of the bigger business picture is essential, so you’ll need proven commercial sense and customer focus. You’ll be ready for the challenge of working in a complex multinational, multicultural organisation.
