Head of HR Operations/ Shared Services
I am working with a professional services organisation in Birmingham in order to recruit a Head of HR Operations/ Shared Services on a 12 Month Contract basis to lead on service delivery transformation. This newly created position has been identified in order to improve processes, ensure project delivery and consistent business as usual performance whilst improving communication and service deliver to stakeholders the wider business.
In this position you will be responsible for managing the international HR Services Delivery & Payroll teams with two direct reports. You will support them with project delivery, feeding into the wider HR strategy. You will lead the communication to the business of key programmes, such as the SAP implementation. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and HR Business Partners in order to understand how the HR Operations team can positively impact the business, addressing concerns or inefficiencies.
In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate experience leading a HR Operations/ Shared Services teams within an international organisation. You will need demonstrable experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and experience delivering an HR systems transformation within SSC. Above all you are solutions focused, commercial and comfortable managing the delivery of a project. You are operational - comfortable hands on whilst also strategically aware of how any SSC change may impact stakeholders, service delivery and the wider business.
