HR People Advisor
The company are a global management consulting and professional services firm that provides strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations services, with the role based in Central London. The individual will support general human resourses activities.
Some key responsibilies include;
- Assist with ongoing performance acheivement, annual compensation and salary administration.
- Support the Leadership and Career Consellors on HR policy and procedure.
- Support the Leadership Team and supervisors in the career development of all assigned personnel
- Update Human Resources systems and maintain data, as required.
UK employment law knowledge is desirable.
Good organisational skills and ability to work well with a team.
