A Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf is currently looking for a Regulatory Remuneration Manager to join on a permanent basis.
This role holder will line manage two individuals and will be the primary subject matter expert for regulatory remuneration matters. This team are responsible for producing all remuneration filings, as well as overseeing all aspects of compensation relating to Material Risk Takers/Identified Staff across EMEA.
Lead on producing and checking all Regulatory filing tables and country-specific disclosures for EMEA
Liaise with the Regulatory Policy team to ensure the business is reporting correct and timely data to Regulators
Utilise deep regulatory knowledge to propose appropriate solutions/responses to Regulator queries
Manage compensation changes to the MRT/Identified Staff population throughout the year to ensure ongoing compliance
Previous experience working in a regulated environment within compensation
Management experience is essential
Confident communicator, both verbally and written
Positive attitude and approach to work with strong stakeholder management skills
