Our client requires an HR Business Partner to join them ASAP on a permanent basis. Working in the London office for this international firm you will be supporting 2 x client groups on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities are to include:
Develop and deliver the people plan for Practice Groups/Sectors
Drive organisational and individual performance and manage complex change in partnership with the partners, managers and employees in line with the HR Strategy
Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance and facilitate and coordinate people processes across Practice Groups/Sectors/Business Support
Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will also liaise with Partners, Directors, Managers, legal advisers and employees internally as well as external clients, service providers and contacts as required.
