This long-established national charity with over 700 staff are seeking a positive HR assistant to join their team during a busy time for them. This role is at least 6 months and likely to become permanent.
Your new role
This role will report into a HR Coordinator and HR Manager in a small but efficient team. As it is a small team, you will be exposed to a wide range of generalist HR duties getting involved in recruitment, sickness / absence, HR reporting and working closely on HR projects as part of the team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate developing their HR skills alongside their existing administration experience.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be CIPD qualified ideally and have some admin experience in a HR function .
What you'll get in return
You'll have an equivalent salary circa £16,500 to £17,500 per year in city centre Swansea with the opportunity for a longer term appointment with the company all going to plan.
