Work in partnership with the senior management team to manage complex employee relations issues.
Work closely with the wider HR functions to manage processes, policies and procedures.
A global manufacturer which markets and distributes products to the food industry including retail outlets, food manufacturers, food service operators and restaurants.
Deliver an agreed HR agenda which supports business growth and drives engagement.
Through a robust recruitment and development process - ensure organisational design and resource capability are in place to achieve business goals.
Work closely with HR expert functions.
Work closely with the Shared Services Center , who provide HR administrative and transactional support.
Participate in Regional and Global HR Projects.
HR related degree (CIPD)
Proven significant experience of providing generalist HR support in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
Experience in managing employee relations in a matrix, multi-country/cultural environment
Ability to build trust and credibility with a strong customer-service orientation
Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
Ability to build relationship at all levels of the organisation
Good balance of autonomy and reporting
Effective time-management skills and good attention to detail
