The job is to line manage a large team of skilled recruiters - you'd be responsible for their workflows, compliance, productivity, development, mentoring and support as a dedicated leader. You would also, at times, be client facing in terms or being the face and voice of your business to build and maintain relationships as well as truly understand your clients culture and work trajectory.
As well as an underpin of practical recruitment, you must have managed teams and be able to demonstrate leading a team who hire high volume, specialist roles.
This opportunity would suit an account manager/director from RPO who has lead on large contracts and teams OR an in-house Head of Recruitment who wants to steer away from operational recruitment and is passionate about service delivery, processes and managing people OR a Shared Services Manager/Head of who has some recruitment expertise.
