Our client is a major business to business and facilities management company offering a wide range of corporate services to an even wider range of clients. we have an urgent need for a robust HR Manager to join them, taking on responsibilty for the care of all onsite staff for one of their larger clients operating in the media sector.
This is a demanding hands on role, you will need to build strong relationships with external stakeholders, looking out for opportunities to form partnerships. You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and will be comfortable managing the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
- Advising staff on HR policy and process
- Dealing with all ER including TUPE, providing advice to managers and employees on all Employee Relations matters
- Supporting employees and managers through the entire employee lifecycle
Promote HR policies across the organisation, ensuring any updates or amendments are communicated effectively
- Managing HRIS requests
As the successful applicant you will have a generalist background with strong ER knowledge. Experience in TUPE would also be useful as would an interest in HR analytics. Experience gained from a blue collar or service orientated company would be ideal.
