Annapurna have partnered with an international technology business to find a Senior Manager - Human Resourcesto join the team.
The Senior Manager - Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing the people plan to support the UK operations of the business and will report to the EMEA HR Director.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Business Partner the Senior Leadership team
- Lead the People strategy
- Recruitment and retention
- Compensation and benefits
- Performance improvement
- Learning and development
- Employee relations
- Succession planning
The successful candidate must have previous experience of working with a technology client group, ideally in a Matrixed Technology business and have extensive experience of working with a UK based client group.
