Your new role
You will be responsible for the delivery of an effective operational HR service across the business. A varied and rewarding, generalist HR job encompassing, providing advice and guidance, employee relations, TUPE, process improvement and of course managing and developing strong, stakeholder relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be qualified to level 5 or level 7 CIPD and have a depth and breadth of operational HR experience. You will ideally have experience in a large organisation and have some exposure within the professional services sector.
