Compensation Operations Consultant - 4 months

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a high growth Management Consultancy. They are looking for a Compensation Operations Consultant to join them on a 4 month project basis. This is an internally facing role to the Compensation team.

Key deliverables

  • Create bonus plan documents and the governance around this

  • Develop an operating manual in relation to market and benchmarking data

  • Lead and develop a database capturing all data relating to compensation

  • Create templates for compensation activities for new regions

  • Draft first level salary ranges

This is a role which require someones with advanced Excel experience who is comfortable manipulating data as well as macros and pivot tables. Those with an MI leaning will be considered providing you have knowledge of annual pay review and compensation.

The client is opening to considering those on a Fixed Term Contract or day rate basis.
