Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global law firm who have an opportunity for a HRIS Analyst to join their HRIS team, based in Birmingham but with remote reporting lines.
The HRIS team operate globally and have very recently implimented a Workday as a HR system, meaning that you will have the opportunity to work with breadth across a large organisation but also to help embed this new technology. This role is vital in providing accurate data to the HR managment team which can then be used to tailor thier approach to their people.
Reporting into the HRIS Manager you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Acting as the subject matter expert for the system and being the point of contact for any issues that arise
Ensuring the system is working efficiently and is being utilised effectively
Updating the system when required and ensuring that data is clean and accurate
We are looking for:
Experience working as a HR systems specialist, ideally with Workday experience or another tier 1 system (such as SAP Success Factors)
Excellent Excel skills.
Ideally, experience of working in a large global business and subsequently handling numerous data streams
