HR Project Management Coordinator, Immediate start, £265 - £300 per day

You will be joining an international leading oil and gas business based in Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex
Your new role
You are required to have good knowledge and have at least two years' experience of working in project management ideally within an HR organisation/HR Transformation project. You will be responsible for supporting the Operating Model work-stream Project Director with interaction across multiple programme work-streams and segment HR teams. You will provide administrative project support; examples of tasks could be the setting up of meetings, diary management, expenses, collating status updates i.e. chasing of open actions, deliverable tracking, updating templates etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience and knowledge of project management methodology (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
- High degree of computer literacy and advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite e.g. Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. (essential)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise information quickly (essential)
