Job Description:

  • New hires - onboarding coordination
  • Transfers coordination - entering both internal and incoming international transfers
  • Background checks -background check process management, verifying passports, initiating all checks, tracking, saving and filing
  • Benefits support and administration including enrolment, weekly reports, monthly voucher orders, maintaining Benefits intranet page and vendor relationships
  • Wellbeing Initiatives coordination
  • Filing and scanning as necessary
  • Expenses and invoices - saving invoices and sending to finance, process and allocate to cost codes
  • Women's Initiative project
  • CMS system updating
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects across the HR function as and when required

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills and competency in all Microsoft packages
  • Impeccable attention to detail and time-management
  • Confident communication style and well-developed people management skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure with a positive, proactive approach to work
  • Good team player who is willing to get involved in a variety of tasks
