I am working with one of the world's leading non-profit organisations who specialise in preventing and control and treatment of diseases among the vulnerable and underprivileged populations and they are looking for a HR and Recruitment Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
For this role they are looking for someone with international experience and ideally someone who can speak fluent French. This role does include planned international travel.
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for providing a profession and effective HR support for managers and staff in the UK and internationally. The successful person will be responsible for reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures and leading on specific HR projects and initiatives.
They are looking for someone who can:
Manage the recruitment process for all international staff
Lead on all aspects of the recruitment and selection process of international staff (job description development, recruitment planning, advertising and shortlisting, selection interviews and tests, job offers and issuing contracts)
Provide advise and guidance to managers on recruitment, ER, L+D and employment engagement
Design, develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Work in a multi-cultural environment which is fast paced
Strong experience dealing with complex employee relations issues in different countries
In order to be considered for this role you need to have solid understanding of current UK employment law, strong experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and projects. Dealing and managing with a high level of recruitment at a senior level. If you have worked international that would be an advantage!
