An exciting opportunity has risen for a HR Advisor to join a newl HR team within an established company initially on a 12 month FTC basis near to Watford Junction.

You will be reporting directly to the HR Director and working collaboratively together with the HRBP. The role will give the successful HR Advisor great exposure to a range of HR projects including implementing a new HR system, Recruitment processes as well as provding generalist HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a new HR system

  • Review and improve current policies

  • Introduce process and manage end to end recruitment

  • Liase with agencies for new hires where applicable

  • Support the implementation and managing of the employee life-cycle processes

  • Manager low level ER cases such as maternity and paternity leave

  • Coach and enable managers to support on HR issues where possible

  • Support all administrative tasks

What we are looking for:

  • Experience within a generalist HR position

  • Comfortable managing end to end recruitment

  • Experience within a changing environment

  • Ability in dealing effectively with employee relations issues in accordance with established policy and procedures

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels

  • Ability to work with diplomacy and assertiveness

  • An outgoing, hardworking and flexible attitude

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
