Your new role
As the HR Assistant, your role will be very varied and require you to perform a variety of tasks. You will be in charge of all of the HR Administration for the business. You will work with the HR Manager to ensure the smooth running of the HR Department. You will be in charge of keeping track of the flexi-time, annual leave and absence of the site and of making sure that all employee files and data are up to date. You will deal with all of the offers, inductions, new starters and on boarding in the business and assist within the recruitment process.
You will also have the added responsibility in arranging performance reviews and attending HR meetings to assist and take minutes. The role will also involve and element of general administration tasks including general hospitality to guests and day to day admin including handling the incoming mail.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience within a HR Administration role previously and you must have worked in a busy HR team.
You will have a knowledge of the entire HR process and be comfortable with a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.
You will also have experience with general day to day administration task.
You must have great knowledge of Microsoft office with a particular focus on word and excel.
You should be ambitious, eager and willing to learn with a passion for expanding your skills and your knowledge within HR.
This is a permanent position and is paying a salary of up to £21,000 dependant on experience. This role is located in Trafford Park and has an excellent benefits package which included free parking, flexi-time, health cover, pension contribution and a possible annual bonus of up to £2000.
