HR Interim - Change Project
Your new role
You'll be involved from a HR perspective in following the project plan and implementing changes department by department. You'll be involved in consultations and answering queries in regards to the changes and supporting the management teams in the various divisions as their roles may shift or change along with the roles within their teams.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a HR professional with hands on experience of TUPE, restructure or implementing org design changes. This role will not be doing the organisation design or developing the strategy, that is already in place, this role is practically delivering the strategy "hands-on" with the business. You will be CIPD qualified as well as having the necessary experience in this sort of project.
What you'll get in return
This will be an equivalent salary of up to £41k and for a term of at least 4 months, likely 7 months.
