HR Generalist

Your new role
As the HR generalist you will report to the Head of HR and act as their number 2 within the business. Your role will require a wide variety of duties. You will be required to deal with all of the HR Administration for the business which will include contracts, on boarding, letter drafting, minute taking etc.
You will also be required to assist in the recruitment within the business and assist with the sickness and holiday tracking. The Head of HR may also wish you to get involved in the Advisory side of HR which will be a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills. You will deal with all of the low level queries and any day to day general HR advice that may be required by managers.
This is a great opportunity for a developed HR Administrator who is looking for the next step in their career and who is looking to gain more experience and more knowledge within the HR spectrum.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working within a HR Administration role.
You will have a sound understanding of the recruitment and selection process.
You must have great computer skills with a particular focus to excel.
You must have the desire and the drive to learn and to progress your skills, knowledge and career within HR.
