A permanent HR Business Partner role based in Birmingham City Centre

A commercial and forward thinking public sector organisation based, in fantastic offices based in Birmingham City Centre.

Your new role
The HR Business Partner will provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance on all HR issues to include employee relations, people management, performance management and equality & diversity. Other key responsibilities include recommending people related solutions and initiatives to support business objectives. The HR Business Partner will manage change programmes and coach managers on best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor with strong generalist and change management experience. Candidates must be commercial, solutions focused and able to communicate information clearly.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £35,000 to £37,000 plus excellent benefits
