Reporting directly into the Director of Human Resources UK, the Senior HR Business Partner will have the responsibility of driving the strategic people agenda throughout the UK region. Primarily based in Milton Keynes, the incumbent may from time to time be expected to support other sites in the UK, though the role will predominantly be Milton Keynes based.
With a track record of achievements at a strategic level in a demanding, yet sometimes ambiguous business environment, the Senior HR Business Partner will be most comfortable in an ever-changing environment, having gained proven senior level experience in OD, strategy and change management and will now be ready for their next step in their career, with focus on ultimately operating at Director level. To realise this ambition, the Senior HR Business Partner will be able to demonstrate their ability at influencing and impacting at senior level, whilst their collaborative skills support and shape an aligned and engaged team. On a day to day level the incumbent will be comfortable to 'roll sleeves up' and feel comfortable with executing at all aspects of HR. Operating in a small team, with no downward delegation opportunity, the incumbent will be comfortable to 'step down' and operate at whatever level is necessary whilst at other times, feel comfortable to 'step up' and operate at higher strategic level.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will need a proven track-record as an HR professional who is looking to ultimately become HR Director. You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to work to HR best practice whilst showing commerciality and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
