Role: Global OD Business Partner
Location: West London
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000
My client are a global Publishing company who are looking for an experienced OD Business Partner to join their newly created team and lead the OD function. They are currently going through a merger, so experience working on OD projects in a similar business going through change is essential for this position. You must have recent experience working in an OD Business Partner role internally, and be able to talk about transitions and outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with the HRBP team across the divisions, as well as other HR specialist teams in order to bring together the best collective expertise. Duties will include:
Act as a leading trusted advisor on all strategic OD related topics across the business divisions, promoting strong OD practice
Build strategic partnerships with teams and change leaders to drive development and the creation of new organisational designs
Lead on the creation of new competency models, assessments of behaviours and capabilities and ways of working
Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring high levels of engagement and execution of change
Guide the organisation is making data driven decisions including people metrics, performance and talent data and engagement
With the business going through so much change, you must have a high level of patience and flexibility to adapt to the business' needs. No day will be the same! Experience in a large matrix business is ideal, with the understanding of how to push back and ensure the right initiatives are being driven forward.
