My client, an international Technology, Change and Digital Recruitment Agency are currently seeking a HR Manager who will play a key part in helping to scale the business effectively, whilst at the same time, preserving and enhancing the things that have made them successful so far.
Based in central London, you will be working within the HR, Talent, Occupational Health and L&D team, reporting directly to the HR Director. The successful individual will help achieve their exciting growth plans by providing company wide HR support and advice to deliver outstanding performance.
Identify opportunities for improvement within the HR function and assist with solutions to further enhance the HR offering companywide, including:
Creating an updated UK and US HR Handbook.
Partnering with the Management, Admin and Talent Acquisition Teams to improve the central people data hub to house:
All new starter, on boarding and leaver documentation.
Employee records, including remuneration communication, contracts and disciplinary documents.
Gender pay reporting.
Provide HR advice and support to various levels of Management on a wide range of HR issues, including Company Policy, employment legislation and managing for performance.
Be a trusted consultant to the business, acting as a point of contact for employees to discuss confidential matters or grievances.
Manage, mentor and develop the HR Coordinator, who will assist you with the delivery of your role.
Lead, manage and support critical people projects as specified by the Director of L&D and HR and the Senior Management Team, including:
Career Roadmap redesign.
Managing for Performance redesign.
Benefits and Wellbeing Offering.
Implementing and improving engagement and retention metrics.
Proven HR experience in a recruitment, sales or professional services environment.
Demonstrated success in building and improving a HR function.
An expert knowledge on UK employment legislation and policy; understanding of US equivalent would be desirable.
Delivered commercially focussed HR solutions e.g. aligned to improve hiring, on boarding, engagement, performance and retention metrics.

Salary and benefits: £40,000 - £48,000 pa, 25 days holiday, company pension, free gym membership and company incentives.
